Athletes can use the Station, powered by a smart algorithm and AI technology, to independently receive a personalized, unique, and targeted training program. After completing the steps once, users receive a full training program in the Fitout Sport app. The training programs include all necessary guidance, such as real instructional videos, the ability to track personal weights, progressive sets and reps, dynamic recommended weights, and much more. Allowing users to independently reach their goals.

Manual setup for personal trainers

As a trainer, you can fully manually design training programs from the Station, either beforehand or together with the athlete. This allows trainers to maintain a clear overview of the gym while staying actively engaged. Programs can be built in detail—such as determining start and end sets, progression per week, starting weights, and more offering maximum control over program structure and quality.

Under "Club Trainings", gyms can offer their own programs to all members. These can be accessed easily via a QR code. Many clubs use this function to share core workouts, standard introduction programs, or challenges with their members.

ONLINE COACHING FOR ATHLETES

Users can choose to train anonymously or create a personal profile. With a profile, trainers get permission to view the athlete’s training data. This gives trainers insight into the user's progress and allows them to adjust the program remotely when needed.

HOW DOES IT WORK FOR THE ATHLETE?

DOWNLOAD/ACTIVATE THE APP

Activation depends on the gym’s procedures. Users activate the app themselves and choose whether to create an account. With an account, trainers can monitor progress and provide coaching.

COMPLETE THE STEPS AT THE STATION

The steps are designed so that every athlete can complete them independently, without prior knowledge. One-time setup is enough to receive a personalized program immediately.

Users gain access to their program by scanning a QR code. After scanning, the program is permanently stored in the app (unless the app is deleted).

From this moment on, the user receives a full training program through the Fitout Sport app, including all the guidance necessary to achieve their goals.
